The Air Permit Application should be used to obtain or renew an air permit under the air permit program. The program includes: Minor Source Permits (State), Part 70 (Title V) Operating Permits, New Source Reviews (Prevention of Significant Deterioration-PSD and Nonattainment New Source Review) and Air Toxic Reviews. This application should also be used for any modifications and can be used for exemptions. Air permit applications shall be submitted prior to construction and in accordance with LAC 33:III.Chapter 5.
