Printing Instructions

Census 2000 Reports are designed to be printed in Landscape format.

Internet Explorer Settings:

  1. Select "File->Page Setup..." from the Internet Explorer Menu
  2. Select Landscape in the Orientation box
  3. Set top and bottom  Margins to the lowest possible values 
  4. Set left and right Margins to .25 inches 
  5. You may also need to remove any Header and Footer information

Your setup window should look similar to this one:

Netscape Settings:

  1. Select "File->Page Setup..." from the Netscape Menu
  2. Select Landscape for the Orientation
  3. Click on the Margins & Header/Footer tab to set the rest of the values
  4. Set all of the Margins to their lowest possible values (zero)
  5. You may also need to set the Headers and Footers to "blank"

Note: Print Preview displays the report according to current browser settings.
