About LaTrac
Welcome to Louisiana Transparency and Accountability (LaTrac). LaTrac's primary mission is to make Louisiana's state government finances, and operations transparent and accountable to Louisiana's citizens. Today, it is more critical than ever that governments function at the highest level of integrity and efficiency in order to fairly meet the needs of its people. Accordingly, it is a necessity that government operations be open and transparent to the public. LaTrac addresses this need, presenting key Louisiana finances and operations in a clear and concise format designed for ease of public use.
LaTrac contains data from the State's Financial Accounting System, AFS, and is presented by fiscal year, cumulative year to date. LaTrac data is derived directly from the General Ledger, and as such represents actual historical accounting data.
The Louisiana Performance Accountability System (LaPAS) is an electronic database that tracks performance standards, interim quarterly performance targets, and actual performance information for Louisiana's Executive Branch departments and agencies.
Louisiana eGrants is a one-stop grants portal that will allow citizens, non-profits, businesses, and faith-based organizations to identify funding opportunities in accordance with Executive Order BJ 2008-76.
