| OIS is pleased to announce the release of a new version of our adhoc reporting tool, Business Objects XI (BOXI). Access to the Business Objects 6.5.4 has been extended to January 5th, 2009 to give users time to complete FY 2008 year end processing and learn BOXI. For instructions to log on and run reports in BOXI review Getting Started in BOXI. Refer to FAQ by Topic for answers to common Help Desk questions. Online training licenses may be requested by Web Ticket from the OIS Help Desk page.

| Business Objects 6.5.4 will remain available until January 5, 2009. |
- All reports in Business Objects 6.5.4 have been moved to BOXI.
- Verify that your reports have been moved to BOXI.
- Compare report output of the two Business Objects versions.
- Any changes made to reports in BO 6.5.4, WebI and ZABO since the June conversion will not be reflected in BOXI.
- BO 6.5.4 will be uninstalled from the servers in January.
