New OIS Help Desk Web Ticket The OIS Help Desk page now contains a Web Ticket option to submit help desk requests for assistance.
This new option allows you to:
- submit requests over the internet and store your contact information.
- have contact information default for subsequent Help Desk tickets.
- have all requests automatically logged into the Help Desk database for faster response time.
Business Objects Enterprise XI / Release 2 OIS is in the process of upgrading to Business Objects Enterprise XI / Release 2.
