| Purpose/Function | The Review Board is composed of the state treasurer, commissioner of administration, the legislative auditor, the chairman of the Senate Committee of Finance and the chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation. The Review Board is empowered to require all state agencies to submit reports and obtain approval of bank accounts and their cash management policies and procedures for handling receipts and disbursements. The Review Board is also empowered to review all state agencies request to establish escrow funds in the state treasury. |
